How's that resolution going? Sticking to it? What is going to be different about this year?
I truly, believe (possibly because I trained myself to) that every year is going to be better than the next.
As if some cosmic force is going to finally pick my number in the intergalactic lottery. Don't get me wrong, there is a bit of chance to living but something's are dependant upon me. It's up to me to get up and make an effort towards something. Things can only fall in my lap if I'm in the right place.

Sometimes, we talk about things to validate them. Sometimes, we allow ourselves to deplete all of our energy on campaigning about doing something (bragging, and the whole I'm gonna thing) that we never get around to actually doing ANYTHING. We are becoming unreliable to ourselves.
Remember, that feeling of accomplishment (graduation, promotion, child etc)?
It can be felt again with just a little effort.
I guess my preaching is is an effort to motivate at least one person to try and help themselves in 2012.
